i see a epi blood in the server my question its he gain ban tow times one for my and another for KINGA and i dont know who to enter new time in the server i chat him and i ip ban other time this player ever gain ban enter in the server normal

yes unbann, i see him sometimes in the sv, i suppose that him use an ip remote, and can change his IP everytime... Lol

you cant join server by modifying regedit
he is getting new ip or using proxy to join server.
