you can only use the commands that are available for your level.
all the admins have level 3. you can use all the commands listed under level 3 plus some naughty commands.
not all commands are available to all admins since some command are not fair with other players and are same as cheating. for example \god me command is not available to all admins since its not fair to other players and its like cheating
